Go Colts!!

Well, it almost worked... My girls were cheering hard and Belle didn't want to put that football down all night! She actually loves that football. Good luck next year boys. You've got a new big fan here in Cincy!! (Sorry Ochocinco and Bengals)

Some May-time Cincinnati Activities

We are very excited for May to finally be here. The grass is green, the flowers are in bloom, and the temperature is in the high 60's and 70's every day. We both love our Caribbean apparel and are definitely ready for daily flip-flops and shorts season. At the top are pics of us with our friends Ben & Roshelle out for some Indian cuisine. Our little lady is acquiring quite a wardrobe for such a young age (negative 3 months), as seen in the top right corner. The bottom right picture is Tara with her first Mother's Day card and a picture of the pink Magnolia tree that accompanied it. The picture, not the actual tree, accompanied the card. The tree is still awaiting our pickup. The bottom center picture was of Tara's 1st day of maternity wear. For all you teachers out there, and I know you're out there, summer is almost here!! Start scheduling your trips to Cincinnati. See you soon! -T&C

A Visit from the Sisters' Families

We recently had visits from both our sisters' families, which had nothing to do with the nearby Pottery Barn Outlet Store (although trips were made there during both visits). The tower views are from the 49th floor observation deck of the Carew Tower in downtown Cincinnati. We love having family and friends visit us in our new town.

18 Weeks Down...

Tara's belly has been movin' and groovin' these past two weeks. She has successfully not worn any of her new maternity clothes yet. But, through this strong will and determination, came the loss of a button and the stretching of many other poor threads reaching their breaking points. How much longer this thread terror will last, I can not be sure. Tara's heightened appetite has definitely endured. Fortunately, we have been relatively successful in going for walks outside most every day. The mild to warm weather has allowed us to get outside quite a bit over the past month. Below are some pics from our neighborhood walk yesterday, as well as the blossoming trees off of our back deck and daffodils in the front.
