Our May Trip to St. Maarten

We were in desperate need of a vacation and a week in St. Maarten was the perfect remedy. We have wonderful family members who were willing to spend the week with Isabella. Even though we really missed Belle, it was great to have some time for just Tara & Charlie again. Our weather was great and we had a wonderful time roaming the island and visiting our favorite and a few new beaches.

Home from our Babymoon!

Tara and I just returned home from our Babymoon in St. Maarten late last night (I also just learned of this word). We had incredible weather the entire week and had a great time. As Tara has not gained tons of weight yet, several people were surprised to learn that she was pregnant. This was oddly only true on the Dutch side though, as several French waiters and boatmen made note of our "table for three" and the additional person aboard the ship. It was fun to show the little gal (at negative 4 months) around the island, take a few boat trips, and go snorkeling. It may be a while until she can go again.

We also had a very festive Easter night celebration, as seen below. I love the picture of Tara with the Easter Bunny in the middle! There is a more thorough slide show with music at the bottom, for the more interested folks. Four months left to go!!! -T&C

While we weren't working or studying over the past few years...

...we still kept pretty busy. We always seem to squeeze in a trip, even though they're tough to fit into our schedules.
