Over Halfway There at 22 Weeks

Well, week 22 finds us with a girl the length of a spaghetti squash moving around inside of Tara and we all know how long that is (I guess). Please note that not all baby websites utilize the most commonly eaten veggies to compare to your unborn child's current size. We noted this somewhere around "large heirloom tomato", which we all know is about the size of a 19 week old unborn little girl. Our little lady has sharply increased her movements (felt both inward and outward) over the past few days. Tara felt her first "cube-mate" at work yesterday. It's good to know they are taking care of each other while I'm down the street in my office. Tara is still boycotting her maternity clothes, although she is unfairly using a "Bella Band". For those of you out of the know, this is a glorified and oversized "headband" of sorts wrapped around the waist to hold up pants that may be zipped up, but are not necessarily (or ever) fastened. Our next doctor appointment is this Thursday. Have a great rest of the week everyone!
