Isabella Sue Elson...Come on down!!

We are so proud to introduce the new and lovely Isabella Sue Elson. The time finally came and Tara and the girl performed beautifully. After a long day of labor and 25 minutes of pushing, they both decided they'd had enough. Isabella was born on August 27th at 7:00pm. She weighed 7lbs 0 oz and was 21 inches long. We've been home now for a few days and are adjusting to our changing sleeping patterns. Luckily, we didn't sleep much to begin with, so that helped our learning curve. Isabella had an in-house nurse checkup yesterday and received an A+. She weighed in at 7lbs 4oz, which was awesome progress since she lost a bit of weight after birth. Now, we're all home and having fun, taking walks around the neighborhood, and introducing Isabella to our little world. Tara and I are so excited to start this time in our lives!!
